I would like to warmly invite you for this end of year gatherig. I hope you can make it. This session is a space for you to drop deeper into the bodies needs. There will be a time with guided mediation to listen to the whispers of the heart. One session holds space for both the softening and building mental, emotional, physical resilience. Both a warming standing flow and deeply relaxing ground work awaiting.
Recordings will be sent out after class class if you can’t attend live or want to revisit the class in between sessions.
