Yoga, breath work and mindfulness sessions specifically designed with office workers in mind.



Kasia has been working with corporate clients across London for the past 10 years, helping to facilitate wellbeing for people in the business environment. She offers two formats of corporate yoga class: Desk Yoga and Mat Yoga. Desk-based classes are ideal for smaller spaces and timeframes, while the mat-based classes can provide a more complete workout. For details and prices check below.

Mat Based Yoga

You are able to choose from a number of yoga styles to find the right approach for your office or workplace. All our classes cater for mixed ability, but we listen deeply to what your specific workplace requires. Available styles include vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, yin, restorative.

How do we meet your unique office needs? 

Sometimes there’s a need for reflection and relaxation, sometimes inspiration and a broadening of perspective, sometimes fun and creativity, sometimes wellbeing education, sometimes colleague connection and other times, stillness.

Our classes allow all these possibilities and we discuss with you the specific needs of your business. 

Colleagues leave yoga sessions feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and energised, with fresh perspective and clarity for the rest of the day ahead. The work atmosphere lightens, and team spirit improves which naturally benefits the entire workplace, not just those who’ve been in the class.

Anchor 2

Chair Based Yoga

Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. The practice is great for older adults, people with certain health conditions, and those who work at a desk all day. 

This form of class is a great choice if you do not have a lot of space in your office for a regular mat based practice. Your colleagues practice at their desk seated and standing.

Online Wellness Break 

If you are looking for a wellness concept and session that has a broader sense of accessibility for your employees than a traditional ‘class’ then our online wellness breaks are perfect for you.

With long hours at your computer your posture becomes compromised, causing tension aches and pains. Eventually you also put your brain in heightened state of stress. Regular short breaks are a perfect help to aid the recovery of your musculo-skeletal and nervous systems. Soon a daily wellness break becomes part of your self-care routine.

 

These sessions can be followed by both those sitting at a desk at the workplace, and also those who may be working at home. An entire workforce take an online break from work to complete the class together.
