TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

Yoga Retreat – "Release & Rise" Dates: 22–25 October | Venue: Górka Poziomkowa Organiser: Katarzyna Witek

1. REGISTRATION & BOOKING

1.1. To secure your place on the retreat, the following is required:

  • completion of the registration form

  • payment of a deposit of 800 zł (£165) within 7 working days of submitting your registration

1.2. Failure to pay the deposit within the above timeframe may result in your registration being cancelled.

1.3. The remaining balance is payable in full before the retreat.

1.5. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1. In the event of cancellation:

  • more than 45 days before the retreat – the deposit will be refunded in full

  • less than 45 days before the retreat – the deposit is non-refundable, unless you find a replacement participant

2.2. If you cancel less than 14 days before the retreat, you may be liable for the full cost of participation, unless a replacement participant is found (subject to prior agreement with the Organiser).

2.3. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers), all payments will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

 

3. RETREAT ORGANISATION

3.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule in order to best suit the needs of the group.

3.2. In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, venue closure, illness of the Organiser), the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat, offering participants either a new date or a full refund.

 

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. Participants take part in yoga sessions and physical activities entirely at their own risk and agree to inform the Organiser of any health conditions or contraindications prior to the retreat.

4.2. The Organiser accepts no liability for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions, overexertion, or failure to disclose relevant health information.

4.3. Participants agree to respect the shared spaces, the venue's own rules and regulations, and their fellow participants.

 

5. ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

5.1. Participants are accommodated in comfortable rooms, in double, triple, or quad configurations (arranged in advance or on arrival).

5.2. Meals include 3 vegetarian/vegan meals per day. Tea, coffee, filtered water are available throughout the day.

5.3. Access to self-catering facilities is not available at the venue.

5.4. Pets are permitted at extra payment but at prior agreement - please get in touch if you would like to bring a pet.

 

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

6.1. Photos and video footage may be taken during the retreat to document the sessions and atmosphere.

6.2. By registering, you give your consent for your image to be used in the Organiser's promotional materials (website, social media). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the Organiser by email before the retreat begins.

 

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1. Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of organising the retreat and will not be shared with third parties.

 

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. Submitting your registration and paying the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
